My client is seeking a motivated Land Consents Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in land and/or property to play a key role in supporting clients across the UK.

This full-time role, based at our Corby office, involves managing the full procurement of Wayleave and Easement agreements to support our clients and help drive business growth.

This is the perfect role for a recent grad interested in land law, utilities and infrastructure, or someone looking for a career change into the industry.

What You'll Bring

• Degree educated or experience in a relevant field
• Full, clean driving licence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Awareness of Wayleave, Easement, and Compulsory Purchase legislation

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Wayleave and Easement agreements from instruction to completion
• Conducting property inspections across the UK
• Submitting applications to Network Operators
• Liaising with solicitors to facilitate legal completion
• Supporting negotiations and attending meetings
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Providing clear, ongoing updates to clients
