You'll take responsibility for a varied portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors and managing properties through the full lifecycle. The role will include: Managing day-to-day property management matters, acting as the main point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors. About you We're looking for someone with previous residential, rural or commercial property management experience who is confident managing multiple properties, tenants, contractors and client requirements. You'll need to be organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of your portfolio, while also knowing when to seek guidance from more senior colleagues. ARLA and or AssocRICS and or MRICS qualifications, A strong track record in residential property management is the key requirement. The Role Reporting to the Head of Buildings, you will oversee the delivery of maintenance, refurbishment, compliance and capital projects across the estate. You'll ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards, while helping preserve and enhance some of Yorkshire's most significant historic and rural properties.
