Lagger

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Bristol. They are looking for experienced Laggers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.

This is a 12-month contract, working on a commercial construction site.
This is position is working on a day shift, 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Immediate start.

MAIN DUTIES

• Installing insulating materials on pipes, ductwork, boilers and other equipment to provide thermal insulation, frost protection and fire protection.
• Cutting and applying materials and securing them with wire as per safety regulations.
• To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
• Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.

Pay: 230 Per day (CIS)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Apprenticeship or Relevant Qualification/Experience in Mechanical Engineering / Relevant Field
• Strong previous experience within Lagging / Thermal Insulation of Pipework
• Valid CSCS Card
• Own Toolkit / PPE
