We are currently looking for a Painter. You will be working in the Lewisham area. Van + fuel card will be provided
Monday - Friday
08:00am - 16:00pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - 24ph umbrella
Job Purpose
- To be responsible for completing a wide range of painting and decorating tasks in both occupied and void properties throughout the Borough of Lewisham.
- To ensure works are completed to a high standard with a focus on customer satisfaction and a positive resident experience.
- To assist in maintaining homes in a good decorative condition as part of planned and responsive maintenance works.
- To support damp and mould prevention efforts by carrying out mould washing treatments in line with manufacturer guidance and health and safety standards.
