Multi Trader

Looking for a Multi Trader to join a leading property services company based in Newcastle

Temporary role for 16 weeks offering up to 33,000 pa + van and fuel card and great benefits

• We are after someone who has previous domestic experience completing day to day Carpentry works, hanging doors, worktops, units, cupboards, skirting etc
• You will be able to carry remedial trades including Tiling, Plastering or Plumbing ideally
• Customer focused approach ensuring a "right first time" fix for tenants
• Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team

You will need:

• Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided)
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, ideally in a Social Housing environment
• Trade related qualification, NVQ2
• Customer focused and able to follow health and safety guidelines
