Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Agile Working Across Dorset

Salary: Up to 50,000 per year

Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Area Housing Manager to join their Housing Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality housing management services across a varied portfolio, including general needs housing, supported accommodation, and intensive management schemes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

- Oversee tenancy management, income collection, allocations, voids, and estate services
- Work collaboratively with customers and partners to deliver person-centred services
