Waste Operatives - Camberley (GU15)

We are currently seeking Waste Operatives to join the team at Camberley.

This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position within the waste collections team, offering stability and the potential for a permanent role for the right candidates.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a crew on the waste collection rounds, collecting bins from residential and commercial properties.

  • Ensure collections are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

  • Follow all site and health & safety procedures.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner when dealing with the public.



Requirements:

  • Must have own high-visibility clothing and safety boots.

  • Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work.

  • Will be subject to Drug & Alcohol testing on site.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.



Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 14:00 (may be required to work later depending on round completion)

  • Pay rate: 12.82 per hour (basic)



Contract Details:

  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity - candidates who perform well will be offered a permanent position after the temp period.

  • End date: 31st December 2025 (for initial temp assignment)



Induction Details:

  • Friday 10th October

    • Loaders / Sweeping Assistants: 10:00am

  • Location: Camberley, GU15
