About the Role

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you ll play a key role in driving business growth through excellent customer relationships and proactive sales activity.
Your day will involve:

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and following up on warm leads
  • Producing accurate quotes and processing orders efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, merchants, and engineering clients
  • Using CRM systems to track opportunities and manage accounts
  • Collaborating with field sales and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and contributing to team targets
