Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader

We are looking for Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader for a social housing provider in Berwick, at a salary of 45055 per annum. Niyaa people have partnered with a Large North East based social landlord that are looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis. Working out of their Berwick office they are looking for someone to lead a team responsible for delivering projects throughout the North East region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of trades operatives
• Manage the delivery of repairs projects
• Manage the performance of the Repairs and Maintenance team
• Ensure that deadlines for repairs are adhered to

Experience Required

• Knowledge of residential construction
• Social housing experience
• Knowledge of building trades
• management experience
