Special Projects Contract Manager

Bristol area (BS11) with travel£55-65K plus vehicle plus 26 day holiday39 Hours, Mon-FriAre you an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager from a specialist installation fit out background, after a permanent position offering job security and potential progression?The company is a well established, growing medium sized specialist installer, with projects nationally. They have in house installation teams but also utilise subcontractors. Projects will mainly focus on;

• Data Centre Construction (principal contractor)
• Nuclear Power Stn Construction (principal contractor)
• Large Fire Wall projects - £1m plus (specialist sub contractor)
• Large Clean Room Projects - £1m plus (specialist sub contractor)

You will be managing multiple projects at any one time and the role will involve national and international travel. The Role

1. Permanent, full time position for a well established installation company, including national and possible international travel.
2. Focus on project delivery (on time, within budget) and also managing and satisfying clients expectations
3. Specific tasks include site surveys, producing RAMS, material management, managing direct site staff and subcontractors and site visits.

The Person

1. Academic/working background in construction management
2. Experience of working in a Contracts Manager or Project Management role
3. Any knowledge of data centre construction, nuclear power construction or large cold room/cleanroom projects
4. SMSTS and CSCS
5. Willing to travel nationally/internationally with a UK driving licence
