As a Façade Engineer, you will oversee the safety of the curtain walling, cladding, and glazing systems in highly expensive and large-scale projects spanning from high rise residential buildings to large scale commercial structures. The role of a Façade Engineer is pivotal to ensuring the safety of the public.
Your Key Responsibilities as a façade engineer:
- Preparation of façade tender documentation and design stage reports
- Façade system testing, specification and development
- Site inspections/ technical audits
- Maintaining a high standard of high-quality façade services
- Assisting a team of other Façade engineers and Façade technicians
- Thermal modelling and condensation analysis
