Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of façade engineering projects across multiple sectors. Manage client relationships and act as the primary technical point of contact. Carry out façade design reviews, calculations, specifications, and technical reports. Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and manufacturers. Mentor and develop Graduate and Senior Façade Engineers. Assist with fee proposals, project planning, and resource management. Support business development activities and help generate new opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Façade Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience within façade engineering or building envelope consultancy. Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, structural behaviour, thermal performance, weatherproofing, and relevant industry standards. Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth. Experience mentoring or managing engineers.
