Assist with fee proposals, project planning, and resource management. Support business development activities and help generate new opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. About You Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Façade Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience within façade engineering or building envelope consultancy. Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, structural behaviour, thermal performance, weatherproofing, and relevant industry standards. Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth. Experience mentoring or managing engineers.
