Carpenter

We are currently looking for a Carpenter in the Southampton area to join a well-established housing association on a permanent basis. This role involves working within domestic tenanted properties, where a company van and fuel card are supplied from day one!
In return, the Carpenter will receive:
Company van & fuel card
Overtime and call-outs available
Salary: 35,600 + overtime
Annual leave package (25 days' holiday + bank holidays)
Pension scheme
Permanent employment
As a Carpenter, you will be expected to complete:
All aspects of carpentry
Reactive repairs within domestic properties
Call-outs 1 in 9 weeks
We are looking for a Carpenter who:
Has a full UK driving licence
Has relevant industry experience
Has experience within social housing
