Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Supervisor in the Woking area to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. This role will be carrying out repairs in domestic properties within the social housing sector, whilst also supervising a team of operatives.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Auditing
• Health and safety
• Supporting operatives
• Liaising between clients, stake-holders, subcontractor and direct labour
• Ensuring targets and timescales are met
• Overseeing repairs and voids workstreams

The successful Supervisor will:

• Holds a Full UK driving license
• Be time served or have relevant qualifications
• Have relevant industry experience within social housing

In return, the Supervisor will receive:
