We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor, covering the North Hampshire area.

The Repairs Supervisor will receive:

Responsibilities of the Repairs Supervisor:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no call outs)
• Work focused in Basingstoke, Andover and Newbury
• Overseeing a small team of trade operatives on a responsive repairs contract
• Creating schedules of work, ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaising with tenants, clients and operatives on site
• Monitoring progress of direct labour and subcontractors
• Pricing jobs, auditing
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on-site
