Roofer

I'm looking for Roofer to carry out a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in South Birmingham. Company vans are supplied from day one, and there is a minimum of three months work available - with the potential for a permanent position after that.

The duties of the Roofer will include:

• Roofing repairs
• Soffits
• Flat roofs
• Facias

Ideally I'm looking for Roofer that have:

• Experience in Social Housing
• Their own tools
• Full UK Driving Licence (vans can be supplied)
• a Clear Criminal Record (DBS Checks will be required)

And in return, the Roofer will receive:

• 21- 23 per hour
• Company van and fuel card
• minimum 3 months work
