Quantity Surveyor

I'm looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a well-respected Housing Association in the West Midlands, managing a portfolio of over 17,000 homes. You'll focus on repairs, maintenance, voids, and capital works, using NHF SORs and Excel for commercial reporting and cost management.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage commercial performance across housing workstreams
• Use NHF SORs to prepare specifications and costings
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and invoicing
• Support dispute resolution and ensure contractual compliance
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor processes

Requirements:

• Quantity surveying experience within social housing
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Knowledge of NHF SOR 7.2
• HND/HNC or equivalent in Construction or Surveying
• Full UK driving licence
