Small Works and Remedial Manager
Location: North East EnglandSalary: £42,500 - £48,000 (dependent on experience)Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Small Works and Remedial Manager to oversee and deliver small-scale and remedial projects for an existing client base across the North East of England.
This is a regional role requiring excellent coordination, communication, and technical knowledge within the Fire and Security industry.
You will work closely with the Operations Director and Design Manager, liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors, in-house engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver small works and remedial projects from initial enquiry to completion.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency across regional works.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Fire and Security industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in managing suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams.
