Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Branta are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with strong skills in air conditioning and electrical maintenance to join a well known reputable facilities management company. This is a mobile role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the North East.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems.

• Diagnose and repair faults to minimise downtime across client sites.

• Support wider facilities maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric, and general building services when required.

• Ensure all works are carried out to industry standards, including F-Gas and electrical compliance.

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Skills & Experience Required

• F-Gas 2079 certification (essential).

• 18th Edition (BS7671) or equivalent electrical qualification.

• Proven experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within FM or building services.

• Strong knowledge of split systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, and chillers.

• Ability to carry out additional maintenance tasks across building systems.

• Full UK driving licence (mobile role, van provided).
