Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Retail Site Manager to work for our client's retail store refurbishment projects in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the night shifts and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card
• 1st Aid at Work certification
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• Fire Warden

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
• Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
• Report project progress to the main contractor
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Rate of Pay:
