Contracts Manager

Constructive Moves are sourcing a Contracts Manager for a real estate developer that build high-end, bespoke houses and apartments across the Hertfordshire and Essex regions.

In the role of Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role to ensure the performance of the Construction team builds to a high level of quality, on time and to budget ensuring exceptional customer service to your customers.

Duties for the role:

• Motivate your team of Site and Assistant Site Managers, operatives and sub-contractors, to provide training, leadership and support to optimise performance levels.
• Control preliminary costs in accordance with budget.
• Plan and programme build sequences on site.
• Regular visits to site, attend weekly sub-contract meetings with the Site Managers.
• Inspect quality of work during the construction process and give advice and support to Site Managers as required.
• Keep up to date with customer care issues on site and address any issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

This role would ideally suit applicants with experience in the Contracts Manager role and knowledge of the Essex region in particular.
