Commercial Manager Up to 95,000 plus package Interiors Fit-out East London / Essex Our client is a highly successful and progressive Interiors Sub Contractor who specialise in Commercial fit-out projects and they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with a strong Commercial Manager to take the lead in the team. Duties will include assisting in all aspects of the financial control of the project including valuations, measurements and cost reports, attending meetings and ensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken. In addition you will also oversee the production of final accounts with various parties in order to ensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required times. Required Attributes and Experience The ideal Commercial Manager will have up to 10 years practical experience and will have gained some experience with a Sub-Contractor and preferably with experience of fitting out commercial properties. With an extensive portfolio of commercial offices for leading fit-out main contractors with typical contracts varying from 500k up to 2m, they seek a key member of the management team. This Project Management positions require excellent communication and management skills to co-ordinate input from each department, to maximise the efficiency and add value to the project. You will be fully conversant with the cost and be able to plan activities safely, having direct responsibility for all activities carried out on site and must be able to implement the business management system procedures and provide a professional approach to all aspects of the projects. Constructive Moves is working with a leading residential developer who are actively looking for a materials buyer to join it's expanding buying team. As a materials buyer you will be sourcing all types of materials for variety of schemes from RC Frame Apartments schemes to traditional housing schemes within London. As a Materials Buyer you will be mainly working to agreed terms with building suppliers, but there will be times when you need to source new materials from different suppliers. For this role you will need to have at least 2 years experience within a construction buying role, be able to take off from drawings, schedule materials to site and be able to analyse quotes to agree the best price for the materials. You must be able to place the orders in a timely manner to ensure there are no delays to the construction programmes. Facades QA Manager East Anglia Up to 55,000 plus package We are looking for an experience QA Manager to join our client working on a prestigious and challenging project near Ipswich. The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring that all fa ade and cladding works are delivered successfully and fully comply with relevant statutory regulations, industry standards, quality requirements, and design intent. The role involves close coordination with site teams, clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure fa ades are constructed safely, compliantly, and to the highest aesthetic and technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure fa ade works comply with building regulations, safety standards, approved drawings, and quality requirements.
