Constructive Moves is working with a leading Residential Developer/Contractor whom is actively looking for a Senior Materials Buyer to join it's expanding buying team. As a Senior Materials Buyer you will be sourcing all types of materials for variety of schemes from RC Frame Apartments schemes to traditional housing schemes within London. As a Senior Materials Buyer you will be mainly working to agreed terms with building suppliers, but there will be times when you need to source new materials from different suppliers. For this role you will need to have at least 5 years experience within a construction buying role, be able to take off from drawings, schedule materials to site and be able to analyse quotes to agree the best price for the materials. You must be able to place the orders in a timely manner to ensure there are no delays to the construction programmes.
