As Senior Estimator you will need to have current knowledge of new-build development and contracting projects with familiarity of the UK construction regulations such as, JCT and NEC contracts. You will be expected to have experience in construction estimating and tender preparation, the ability to measure drawings and preparing bills of quantities using software like Bluebeam and Estimate as well as knowledge in Excel to manage cost comparison spreadsheets.
