The role is based primarily in Central Wakefield; however, the ability to travel throughout West Yorkshire is essential.   Role and Responsibilities   You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of all mechanical and electrical works across the estate. This includes overseeing contractor performance, carrying out on‑site inspections, contributing to surveys, validating compliance, and helping project teams resolve technical issues and improving asset data. To succeed, you’ll need a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and Health and Safety requirements, along with the ability to tackle day‑to‑day issues and solve practical problems with confidence.
