Asset Surveyor

I am seeking an experienced Asset Surveyor with experience in planned and capital investment works to join my leading client in the East Midlands on an initial 3 months contract. As a Asset Surveyor, you will be responsible carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers.

Successful candidates will have a HNC or HND Surveying qualification or a BSc in Surveying

Responsibilities of the Asset Surveyor:

• Oversee the planned maintenance on the clients side for roofs, chimneys, render and pointing, windows, flat entrance and communal doors
• Carry out all property inspections including planned works, voids, stock condition surveys, disrepair claims and high value repairs
• Drawing specifications and raising and progressing works orders
• Maintaining customer relations in occupied properties
• Contract management
• HHSRS/ Decent Homes work
