Carpenter

We are looking for a Carpenter in the Oxfordshire area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the responsive repair team within domestic properties.

In this Carpenter role you will be responsible for:

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry work including door hanging, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
• Fire door inspections, installations, and maintenance activities
• Multi-Trade Duties including flooring and roofing
• Ensuring high standards of customer service when working in occupied premises
• Attend to and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring swift and efficient service

Requirements for the Carpenter role:

• NVQ or City & Guilds in the relevant trade or proven experience in carpentry within the social housing sector
• Relevant industry experience within social housing

In return the Carpenter will receive:

• 35,992 to 45,242 per annum
