Skilled labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled labourer to join our team working on an exciting new build housing development in Newcastle. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to high-quality new build properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out pre-plaster work on new build homes to prepare surfaces for finishing
• Handle drilling tasks efficiently and safely
• Apply silicone finishes with precision to ensure neat and professional results
• Support the site team with general labouring duties as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pre-plaster work or similar construction tasks
• Valid CSCS card.
• Skilled with drills and general handyman tasks
• Experience applying silicone finishes or similar sealants
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of workmanship
