Contracts Manager Responsive Repairs Location: Yeovil (Hybrid 3 4 days office/site based) Salary: Up to £58,000 + Benefits We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading property services contractor delivering a long-term social housing framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Responsive Repairs to take responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of a busy social housing contract. You'll oversee the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould, disrepair, and aids & adaptations, ensuring excellent customer service while achieving contractual KPIs. Managing a team of 4 Responsive Repairs & Voids Supervisors, you'll oversee approximately 65 responsive repair jobs per day and 12 void properties per week. You'll work closely with operational and commercial teams to reduce WIP, improve performance, manage subcontractors, and build strong client relationships. About You Minimum 5 years' experience working for a main contractor. Essential experience managing Responsive Repairs within Social Housing. Strong operational and commercial management experience. Experience leading supervisors, direct labour, and subcontractors. Good understanding of KPIs, WIP management, SOPs, PPP, CDM and CPP. Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills. Full UK driving licence.
