Academics are supporting a Primary School in Maldon, Essex who are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.
The hours for this role would be 7am - 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break, totalling to 40 hours per week.
Duties:
Communicate effectively with the facilities team to ensure projects are completed on time
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
Ensure the building and grounds are secure when not in use
Open the building in the morning and lock it at the end of the day
