School Caretaker - London Do you have experience in working as a school caretaker? Do you pay attention to detail and are able to deliver high standard facilities support service? If so, read on! Our clients are looking for school caretakers of a high calibre to work in schools in London. They will ensure that a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene is maintained in the schools. Responsibilities are: Waste management. Ground Maintenance. Managing and maintaining health and safety issues. Working with various service teams and contractors. Supporting first responders in any given emergency. Any other reasonable requests as directed by the facilities manager. To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate: Strong customer focus High standard cleaning experience Positive attitude in all work situations Teamwork and flexibility to adapt and make informed decisions in challenging situations. Ability to work under pressure Confidence in communication Punctuality and ability to use initiative. Benefits: Temporary on-going position 35 hours per week £13.00- £15.00 per hour + holiday pay In-house induction and training Pension scheme.
