Caretaker / Maintenance Operative Location: Oldham Monday to Friday Early & Late Shifts (6am early shift start time & 8pm Late shift finish time) Salary up to £13.50ph Temp with possibility of Perm An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Caretaker to join their team. Please note that the successful candidate will require a level of clearance due to the type of site. Main Responsibilities for the role include: Keyholder duties Carry out routine maintenance & PPM checks (fire alarms etc) Carry out minor decorating tasks Minor plumbing & electrical tasks (changing lightbulbs, unblocking drains etc) Carry out routine inspections of premises Liaise with cleaning team and assist when required Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to Organise & maintain storage and supplies including deliveries Ensure urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible Follow and ensure H&S is always followed For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
