We are looking to bring in an additional Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor whilst we re-mobilise this section of works, who will be working through the preconstruction phase in 2026 and through the build, commissioning & commercial handover phases with a current target date of 2029. Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities Ensure that our safety first and foremost message is visible and alive through all activities on the project. Ensure the use of, and compliance to, legal and company policies and processes in line with contractual obligations. Understand project contract terms, manage risks and opportunities, ensuring they are commercially mitigated or enhanced. Identify any changes in line with client contractual obligations.
