Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations. Experience working for an M&E Contractor or Building Services specialist. Knowledge of standard forms of contract including JCT and NEC. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Degree qualified or equivalent is desirable but not essential. The project will be live on-site in Buckinghamshire next year with a completion date of 2029.
