Pre Construction Mechanical Manager

My client are looking to hire a Mechanical Manager to work in pre construction department to set up projects after they have been tendered and secured. Then they will doing the procurement, managing the design process and selecting subcontractors for the project, that will then be handed over to the operations team. This role could be suited to a junior up and coming Mechanical Manager or someone towards the end of their career looking to get away from the high pressures of site / project management. This is an office based position in the companies headquarters in Cheltenham. Salary and package is negotiable depending on experience.
