SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

My client, a small to medium cost consultancy, is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening within their office located in the city centre of Glasgow. The company has built a strong reputation both locally and nationally for working closely with its clients and prides itself on taking a different approach to its project portfolio. Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects predominately within the hotel & leisure sector. Project values typically range between £30m- £35m. It is key that as an individual you will enjoy being in a fast paced environment and you are; Assertive, forward thinking, enthusiastic and be open to travelling occasionally across the UK. This position offers a generous salary of £50k - £55k, project exposure and a good work to life balance.
