About the role The Site Manager will be responsible for all daily operational activity on site. They will, where necessary delegate work to the Assistant Site Manager and together as a collective, work with direct employees and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered to programme. You will also have responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of project information and all relevant site paperwork. The Successful candidate will have experience of managing new timber frame build housing and flatted developments within the affordable housing sector.
