Maintenance Plumber

Multi-Trade Maintenance Plumber - Days - Up to £32,000 - Bristol Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Bristol. My client is currently looking for one key member of staff to complete the team. The successful candidates will be plumbing qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally working within a commercial building. The successful candidate will also have other general trade skills for example carpentry, tiling etc. The Role- Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00 £32,000 (depending on experience) 23+8 annual leave Overtime Career progression opportunities Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Reactive plumbing Drains Toilets Taps Water temps Fixing Leaks Water treatmentYou will require- L8 Legionella City and Guilds 3345 - Water Regulations City and Guilds Plumbing & heating/vented and unvented NVQ Plumbing Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
