Project Manager

Compass Resourcing is currently recruiting a Project Manager for a highly regarded Hull based construction fit-out main contractor. The company operate on projects nationwide, but they are currently recruiting for a Yorkshire based Project Manager who can spend a few days in the office each week and a few days on the road visiting projects nationwide. Projects are usually in the range of £20,000 to £2 million in value and the Project Manager will be looking after around 3-5 live projects. Projects will mainly consist of the fit-out and refurbishment of commercial offices. The project manager will deal with programming, client meetings, surveys, updates and reporting. You should be good with paperwork and managing people. You will be client facing and must have a professional and approachable manner. You should be a good motivator and able to get the best out of your team and subcontractors. You will need to have good IT skills and be pro-active.
