Job Description

Our client is a highly respected Mechanical and Electrical design practice based in Leeds, with a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes in the Commercial, Residential, Education and Health Care sectors. The owners encourage a friendly and enjoyable environment, less formal than a typical large corporate brand, which may appeal to those who prefer to work under limited supervision with the autonomy to manage their own time and workload, without the daily grind of micro management. The business is keen to speak with a Senior MEP Revit Coordinator to help establish a BIM Department, taking on the challenges of leading projects whilst building towards the future. With the likely natural progression of a BIM package included on every future project, this is seen as a key hire and much needed pillar of the business. With a number of live Revit MEP schemes currently being managed both in house and externally, the long term plan is to have all projects managed internally and a team recruited to provide the company a first class BIM Department. Applications are invited from talented, self-motivated and ambitious BIM professionals with extensive experience across the Building Services sector, capable of taking a leading role in the office and working in direct collaboration with the company’s M&E Design Engineers and customers. As the company “BIM expert”, interested parties must have indepth knowledge of Revit MEP software with the ability to grow with the role.
