Assistant Site Manager - Residential Developer

Are you an Assistant Site Manager with considerable experience of working on volume new build housing sites for other PLC house builders? Do you live within 1 hr of Pease Pottage? Can you demonstrate capability to be an integral part of a project team working on a larger new build housing site? Do you want to work on one of the biggest and most successful residential sites in the region? If you can answer 'Yes' to all of the above questions then read on... As Assistant Site Manager you will report to the Site Manager leading your phase. You will work with the Site Manager on all stages of the project, but taking a lead on internal stages, including producing short term programmes and mentoring a Finishing Foreman who will join the project at a later stage. The overall scheme is over 600 timber frame units with circa 65 units per phase, to be delivered. You will be responsible for hitting these targets, working as part of the project team and managing subcontractors to ensure targets are met.
