Mechanical Fitter / Plumber
The client I'm working with are looking to expand their team by recruiting a competent and hardworking Mechanical Fitter / Plumber to be based on a static site near Didcot. The role will heavily involve supporting the maintenance team to ensure the designated areas are kept in order. You will be on hand to carry out routine PPM checks and be alert to reactive maintenance calls.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter / Plumber. They will also look for the following:
Ability to carry out planned maintenance
Carry out routine water hygiene tasks
Demonstrate good communication skills
Ability to work independently at times
Set and maintain high quality of workWhat are the requirements?
NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering services (Plumbing/Gas)
Gas safe qualified
Legionella trained
Previous maintenance experience in a commercial setting
