They have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to oversee new build social housing developments Duties will include but not limited to: •Directing sub-contractors •Managing trades on site •Ensuring health & safety measures are adhered to •Client interaction •Progress reporting. •SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS required.
