CHARTERED SURVEYOR - BUILDING SURVEYING & VALUATION Job Role: Chartered Surveyor with Building Surveyor and Valuer background Key Words: Chartered Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Valuer Wage: £40,000 plus generous bonuses and commission (expected earning of £(phone number removed) Type of Job: long-term About the Position We require an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor, ideally with a valuation background (Red Book), although not compulsory. The candidate must be able to conduct full building surveys on residential properties and should have some years’ experience in doing so. You will be part of a new and modern start-up and will therefore assist in sourcing new clients. You will be rewarded with bonuses and commission. There is serious prospect of growth and career development within our company. Must be capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of construction needs to be of a high standard in order to recognise good workmanship and how to fix defects. Must have good organisational skills, excellent spoken and written Standard English and Received Pronunciation, and a friendly and professional attitude.
