Plumber

The client are one of the UK's largest facility management companies offering stability during uncertain times, competitive salaries, training and progession for all employees. They are currently recruiting for a Plumber to work on a static site in Reading. The successful candidate will be customer facing and be responsible for both PPM and reactive on site maintenance. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, must be professional and presentable and must live within an hour of Reading. The position itself requires the individual to work alternate shifts, the early shift one week consists of 06:00 - 15:00 and the evening shift 14:00 - 23:00, there is also the opportunity for both call out and overtime however there is no parking on site and no vehicle provided. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £28k + package. Repsonsibilities The Maintenance Plumber will carry out planned plumbing maintenance and reactive plumbing maintenance. Carry out servicing and maintenance to pumps, heat exchangers & radiators. Repair or assist with replacement of plumbing & heating systems. Carry out repairs and replacing of showers, shower heads, cubicles, trays, baths & sinks. Carry out plumbing repairs and drainage works.The client operate a 2 stage interview process with the Account Manager both of these on a Zoom format.
