Title: Health & Safety Coordinator
Location: Surrey & London
Salary: Negotiable
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering site inductions and toolbox talks as directed by the Project Lead.
- Ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported correctly in a timely manner.
- Ensuring waste transfer notes are completed correctly and stored.
- Issuing ladder, hot works, roof and permits to dig.
- Maintaining and updating site notice boards.
- Maintaining and updating the complaints log.
- Maintaining records of energy usage and promoting good practices to reduce energy consumption.
- Maintaining records of site inspections, client personnel and subcontractor SHE advisers ensuring that all actions are monitored, and the Project Lead advised of actions becoming due/ overdue.
- Maintaining site health, safety and environmental records including:
Induction records, toolbox talks. training records. risk assessments and method statements, inspection records e.g. scaffolding, plant, equipment, lifting, ladders, hoardings inspections etc.
- Near miss and incident records.
- HAVS records.
- Maintaining the PPE stores and ensure individuals are only issued with PPE if they have training in its use, maintenance, and storage.
- Producing and updating the site induction presentation.
- Reviewing subcontractor risk assessments and method statements.
- Support site/line managers in undertaking minor injury and incident investigations.
- Supporting the COSHH, Fire and First Aid coordinators in the execution of their responsibilities.
- Supporting the Project Lead in the production and maintenance of site plans.
- Undertaking face fit testing for employees and agency staff.
- Undertaking monthly reviews of the Construction Phase Plan and advising the Project Lead of any changes required to ensure that the plan is current and correct.
- Undertake plant, equipment, and ladder inspections where competent to do so.

Job Summary: Experienced No.2 required for a high end residential scheme
Salary & Location: Circa £85,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus based in West London
Company:Arguably the biggest and most successful residential developer in the South East of England specialising is high specification projects. This particular part of the company focus on high end, mixed use projects across London where they have won numerous Health and Safety and NHBC awards. With the success of purchasing additional land, they are looking to strengthen their already successful team.
The Role: Reporting directly into the Project Director, you will take full responsibility of heading up a 218 unit phase with a build cost of £80m while managing a team of 15 production staff. You will also be responsible for: Ensuring a sequence of work is maintained, management of logistical issues, reduce the risk of fire and reduce time lost to multiple movement of materials, prime responsibility for the safety of all section operations, review and adjudicate all method statements and risk assessments and monitor health & safety documentation and complete safety inspections.
The Candidate: You will have experience working on a similar sized project with either a developer or main contractor. You will also have experience overseeing a project from groundwork stage through to handovers while ideally coming from an academic background (Degree, HNC/HND equivalent) UK experience is essential.

An exciting yet challenging opportunity has arisen for a Finishing Foreman to join their project team based in their project offices in West London.
Scope of Works:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishes for roughly 60 apartments from 2nd fix through to handover. The purpose of the role is to support the Site Management team by overseeing the quality of finishes and full management of the snagging for each apartment.
Typical Day to day duties will include (but not limited to):
• Managing the finishes from 2nd fix stage until completion of all applicable trades
• Responsible for closing out quality defective works and carrying out 'snagging lists' using Field View.
• Assessing the quality of work at all stages of construction
