Site Manager

Company Overview: Our client are a privately owned medium sized contractor undertaking both new build and refurbishment contracts typically between £1m and £10m in value. They work within the commercial, public and residential sectors on a traditional and design and build basis. Position: They require an experienced Site Manager to be the No.1 on a £1m refurbishment contract in London. You will be fully responsible for the delivery of the scheme heading up the site team controlling all the trades on site. Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build and refurbishment up to £5m in value.
