Revit/Senior Revit Technician The Role An established specialist contractor is seeking a Revit Technician to support the design and delivery of off site manufactured concrete structures. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high quality digital models and technical information, supporting the wider engineering and production teams to ensure accurate, buildable outputs. Training and support is available, so this position welcomes applicants across all stages of their career, from a few years to well-established, and renumeration will be subject to experience. Key Responsibilities Creation, development and management of Revit families for precast concrete elements Production and coordination of detailed Revit models and drawings Quality control of models and technical documentation prior to issue Management of drawing registers and document control processes Coordination with engineers, production teams and external stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows Ensuring models align with installation requirements About You Strong experience working as a Revit Technician within structural or construction environments Proven ability to create and manage Revit families General understanding of quality assurance and document management processes Methodical, reliable and detail focused approach Experience with precast or concrete structures is advantageous What s On Offer Salary from £28,000 to £45,000 depending on experience Part time working available Stable workload with a well established specialist contractor Supportive working environment focused on quality and consistency Training and career development opportunity

They have been awarded a large additional amount of work as part of a four-year £750 million contract with the UK MOD's Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA), to deliver the infrastructure required to support and sustain the UK s submarines for decades to come All site based, the schemes will range anywhere from £500k - £30m in individual value and will cover: Large Civil Engineering Structures Concrete Repairs & Maintenance Marine based Civils Contracts Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for projects from award to handover. Key duties will include: Management of site teams - Engineers, Foreman and QS Management of specialist subcontractors Short term planning Client progress meetings Engineering and Design Liaison Management of H&S
