Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships , acting as the technical lead for passive fire queries. Identifying commercial opportunities and organic growth within the contract. About You Proven background in Passive Fire Protection (essential). Strong working knowledge of fire door legislation, fire stopping materials, and compartmentalization requirements. Previous experience in a Contract Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or similar leadership role. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, P&L, and margin performance. Confident communicator who can manage client expectations and hold their ground regarding safety and compliance. Practical and solutions-focused , comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of industrial unit construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and in line with required specifications.
