Main duties for the role include: * Working with EDM and Total Stations to set out * Surveying and setting out of works * Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings * Providing, checking and recording full dimensional control for the site * Supporting project/management to ensure that project meets agreed specifications programme * Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other staff * Providing technical advice * Quality assurance * Ensuring site safety This part of the project is scheduled to last 10-12 weeks but there is potential for the contract to be extended beyond this working on other sites as the contractor has a number of live projects in Glasgow and surrounding areas. To be successful in this role you must have experience working of groundworks projects gained whilst working for a main contractor.
