About the Role The Surfacing Supervisor will take responsibility for organising and supervising surfacing and highway works across various sites throughout the North West. You will be expected to understand what good surfacing looks like, plan the work properly and make sure gangs, labour, materials and plant are organised effectively. This is not a position for somebody whose experience is purely general construction supervision. The successful person needs genuine asphalt surfacing and highways experience and must be comfortable managing both machine-lay and hand-lay operations.
