To be considered you should be a qualified trades person with Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tiling and plastering and have an eye for detail and be able to provide a quality finish
The successful candidates will have a proven track record installing and managing all types of wet room/bathroom installations. They will be highly skilled and have the ability to deliver jobs to a high standard and superb attention to detail.
Rolls & Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of installers installing wet rooms across the northwest approx 4 a week.
Final Post inspections ensuring jobs are completed to high standard.
Ensure H & S is being managed and followed

An exciting yet challenging opportunity has arisen for a Finishing Foreman to join their project team based in their project offices in West London.
Scope of Works:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finishes for roughly 60 apartments from 2nd fix through to handover. The purpose of the role is to support the Site Management team by overseeing the quality of finishes and full management of the snagging for each apartment.
Typical Day to day duties will include (but not limited to):
• Managing the finishes from 2nd fix stage until completion of all applicable trades
• Responsible for closing out quality defective works and carrying out 'snagging lists' using Field View.
• Assessing the quality of work at all stages of construction
• Ensure that all subcontractors understand the Programme dates and are managed to hit them.
• Preparing site reports as required for the management.

A reliable hard working Site Labourer (CSCS Card holder) is required to start this new project in Chelsea ASAP.
* Minimum 2 years previous site experience is required
* Must have full PPE.
* Must have a valid CSCS Card.
* Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request.

* Undergoing general site tasks under the direction of the foreman
* Including preparing construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
* Loading and unloading construction materials
* Assembling and dismantling equipment as required
* Following instructions from supervisors
